Nejsem žádný počítačový maniak

Barbara Dieu učí angličtinu na francouzském lyceu v Sao Paulu. Pod přezdívkou "Bee", tedy včelička, se s ní často na virtuální dálnici setkáte v souvislosti s využitím počítačů, především internetu, weblogů a dalšího "sociálního" softwaru ve výuce jazyků. The Internet has helped me to connect with people and experts from other areas of interest on a peer-to-peer basis, and establish a participatory identity more easily than in the hierarchical, centrally controlled relation that tends to dominate our professional sphere.

It is not the technology in itself that attracts me, but what it allows any common mortal like me to do. All the tools out there hold immense potential for designing networked learning environments, facilitating self-direction, lifelong learning, personal / professional development and growth.

Le blogue aide à développer l’expression écrite et la lecture et aussi à les connecter avec des élèves d’autres pays et interagir avec eux. Le blogue peut servir à ce moment là comme une plate-forme de rencontres et de connexions.
